Sonic Run VR is a Sonic The Hedgehog fangame that I made as my own challenge to make a sonic game in just 72h!
In-game you will run through many obstacles, collect different rewards, and try to have the highest score on the World Global Table!
Or if you are a more casual player u could focus on collecting rings and unlock new biomes, gloves, and even your favorite soundtracks from the Sonic series!

I love this game but there is a huge bug. Basically when you collect the ring boxes instead of giving you 25 rings it sets your ring count to 25 meaning if you have 300 rings and collect a box you are down to 25.
oh my god, really? It's weird to think that no one report it for the last 1.5 years the game is released, but when I have some free time I will look into this, thx for the feedback, and glad to hear u had fun regardless of the bug! ^^

Actually a very nice endless runner, the only one for the Quest, as far as I know. Unfortunately, the controls are a disaster. It took me a long time to get the controls right and still it's not enough. The input with the body is just too slow and inaccurate to play properly. Apart from that, the fast and jerky movements give you a strain in your arms within a very short time.
Could you maybe simplify the control (selectable)? Maybe via the movements of the headset or something? so step to the left for left or something?
Seen many people having issues with controls I will probably rework them, more less as u say right now.
Hi today I released Update 1.1 in it I basically REWORK all movement systems so the game should be perfectly playable now I hope u guys will try it and give me feedback if now it's all good! :)
I'm using the apk version on my Quest2 but I can't get it to jump? Moving left and right are fine.
you should be able to jump when you raise your arms if it's not working it would be really weird, but I will try to check it, can u tell me your height I design a game for shot people too but maybe I need to lower it hitbox more.

Being a little bit of a sonic fan I was interested to give this a try. Unfortunately I am the same as Dobsy, no matter what I try I cannot jump, I have tried sitting down, changing the angle of my hand but nothing seems to work, so I haven’t been able to get past the first jump in the tutorial.
